4 what a great insight to her background stars!
I cannot get enough of Sarah J. Maas’s characters I love all of them. This is such a great way to get to know Celeana more in depth and what molded her to the character she is today. My heart aches for the pain and backstabbing she has had to deal with. You grow to love Sam as much as Celeana did… and then if you have read Throne of Glass you know what happens. I was told to read this according to publication date so it would have been after Crown of Midnight but before Heir of Fire. I really don’t think there are any spoilers except I’m pretty sure at the one party Chaol and the Prince meet her briefly. However that wouldn’t even be a spoiler.
The thought process that goes into creating these characters is wonderful. The fact that Sarah J. Maas not only thought well Celeana has to have had a horrible background to become the assassin she is, but she also thought of what actually happened and created short stories from it. All of the characters in the short stories are so well thought out. I can’t get enough of this world that she has created. I highly suggest starting with this series if you haven’t already!
