Where the heck did November go??? I know I usually start out with a hi how are you? Honestly though I feel like I blinked and November was over. Thank goodness most of my Christmas shopping is already done. We really tried to cut back this year because the kids are older and asking for more expensive things, such as electronic devices. We are getting some side items for them, mostly blind bags. (If you have kids that watch youtube kids then you know what these are) I actually found bags of coal at Barnes and Noble today (it’s candy) so I may buy that too!
Okay so I finished two books again last weekend. I was hoping to finish more on my long weekend but I was so sick 😦 Of course then two of the kids were sick. I have already posted one of my reviews and I hope to have the other one up by Wednesday. I am currently reading Shut Up and Kiss Me by Jessica Lemmon. It’s the second book in her Lost Boys series that is also NA for any of you NA lovers out there. I am also reading…very slowly… Robin Lefevers, Mortal Heart. I don’t know why this one is so hard for me to get into right now. I loved the first two books but I’m not connecting with this main character. How was your reading last week?
I am just about to start all my poor library books I have been neglecting! I think I’m starting with The Vanishing Year. Glad everyone is feeling better!!

Not being able to connect with the MC generally spells certain doom for me and a book. That is, unless you fall head over heels for a supporting character 😉
I do not even want to think about shopping.. le sigh. November did seem to pass in a blink.

Book one was good too. I really didn’t like Annith, and the romance I felt was odd!!!! All the books are kind of a slow build, but I wasn’t bored with the first two. This one, however, I was!
